Refund policy
At Bloomly, we're committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, and we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with any questions or concerns you may have.
14 Day Return Policy:
You can request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused in its original packaging.
- All accessories included in the box must be included.
- The item cannot be a final sale item.
Restocking Fees:
- A $20 restocking fee will apply to all used items.
- After 7 days of delivery, whether the item is used or unused, returns will incur a restocking fee.
This is due to the hygiene risks associated with products that come into contact with hair, dirt, or bodily oils, which prevent us from reselling these items.
No Returns for Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns for change of mind under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Price changes or promotional changes.
- No longer needing or wanting the item, or receiving it as an unwanted gift.
Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing checkout.
How to Start a Return:
Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at support@trybloomly.com. You must provide a photo/video of the item to confirm its condition before we authorize a return. Returns made without prior authorization or without a photo will be rejected.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours without incurring any fees. If you cancel after 24 hours, a $20 restocking fee will be applied. Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Promotion - Giveaway Disclaimer
During promotional periods marked with a free item, each order qualifies for one complimentary item. This is subject to while stock lasts. Promotions are subject to change at any time.
- Not subject to individual return for refund/replacement.
- If a return is approved for items from a promotional package/ bundle, all items, including any free items, must be returned. If the free item is missing, its retail price will be deducted from the refund
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that while we aim to process refunds quickly, bank processing times are beyond our control. If more than 10 business days pass since your refund approval, please reach out to us at support@trybloomly.com.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 2 business days. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but please provide photo/video evidence of the damage or defect for verification.
Missing or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, Bloomly is not responsible for replacing or refunding the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a secure location for deliveries.
However, we may offer you a one-time repurchase discount to assist in replacing the item.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you realize that the shipping address provided is incorrect, you must contact us immediately at support@trybloomly.com. with your order number and the corrected address. We will make every effort to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Once the order has shipped, any address changes must be handled directly by the customer with the courier service. Bloomly will not be responsible for redirecting shipments.
If the item is marked as delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer, Bloomly will not be held responsible for reshipping or replacing the item. No refunds will be issued for such cases. A one-time discount may be offered to repurchase the item under these circumstances.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they may cancel or return their order for any reason. Standard return eligibility criteria apply.
Policy Changes:
This return policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Extended warranties may also vary during promotional and sales periods. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase to stay informed of any changes.
Images submitted to our social media or customer service email may be used in advertising.
